Description
Embodied Foundations & Erotic Movement
This beginner’s sensual/erotic performer workshop is for trans, gender non-conforming, and queer individuals who want to challenge norms and embrace their sensual power through gender fuckery. It’s all about breaking boundaries, celebrating fluidity, and using erotic performance as a form of radical self-expression.
Duration: 2 HOURS
Hour 1: Foundations – Building the Human Before the Performer
We begin by introducing the purpose and intention of the workshop, creating a safe and grounded space for exploration, expression, and connection. This first hour is focused on building a human foundation, a base from which the performer can emerge. We explore what it means to be fully present in the body and emotionally available in the moment.
We look at the relationship between the persona and the performer. Through discussion and guided reflection, we explore how these two identities can overlap and feed each other.
When the authentic self merges with the performed self, the result is an honest, compelling presence. In this part El Eross and The Fruity Mater will each talk about their own experience (The persona+ The performer= the overlap of the two).
We will also discuss how grounding, breath, and emotional truth serve as the pillars of performance. Vulnerability is reframed not as a weakness, but as a powerful tool in creating
depth and connection on stage.
Hour 2: Erotic Warm-Up & Movement Vocabulary
We begin the second hour with a 5–7 minute warm-up designed to awaken the body and cultivate sensual awareness. This includes breathwork, joint mobilization, and gentle movement to bring attention to sensation and internal rhythm. We then move into erotic movement principles, exploring the following themes:
Posture: We examine the spectrum between rigid and fluid body language, understanding how posture communicates tone and emotion.
Face and Eyes: The gaze is a powerful tool. We practice using the eyes with intention whether soft, still, or commanding and explore how facial expression can invite or withhold.
Hands: Movement of the hands should be slow, deliberate, and full of intention. We explore different types of touch: tracing, caressing, and holding space around the body.
Tempo: We emphasize slowness as a core principle of erotic performance. Control over tempo builds tension, presence, and power. The transitions between movements become as important as the moves themselves.
Closing Performance: El Eros & The Fruity Master
To end the workshop, El Eros and The Fruity Master will perform to the same song.
This final duet is a living demonstration of the core ideas we’ve explored today: how erotic movement is deeply personal, yet universally resonant. You will witness the similarities in our foundation, the grounding, intention, and slowness while also noticing the distinct differences in our expression.
